In the scholastic year 2008-09 “The Institute of Distance Education” is presently named as “Foundation OF DISTANCE AND OPEN LEARNING”(IDOL). Since its initiation IDOL has been giving high need to human asset improvement.

College of Mumbai Institute of Distance and open Learning conducts Yearly/Annual Exams for different UG PG Courses under Faculty of Arts and Science, Faculty of Commerce and Management and Faculty of Science. Result for These Exam will be set on the site (www.mu.ac.in/entrance/separation open-learning). All Students will have the option to check their Mumbai University Distance Education Results when proclaim by Mumbai University.

College conducts various Faculties like Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Commerce and Management and Faculty of Science. Tests for BA, B.Com, B.Sc directed under UG Courses and Under PG Courses MA, M.Com, PGDFM, PGDFORM, M.Sc and MCA conducts.
