Academic Criteria for Wipro:

  1. The candidate should have more than 60 percent marks throughout the academic year (marks will be considered in points so that candidates with 59.9 percent will not be taken into account)
  2. The applicant does not have any existing backlogs at the time of appearance for the Wipro selection process.
  3. The graduation must be a full-time course approved by the central government of India.
  4. The applicant must have fulfilled all of the exit formalities in the previous organization before joining Wipro (if any).

Wipro Policies:

  1. If the candidate has been interviewed within the last six months from the date of the new application, he/she is not eligible to apply.
  2. If for some reason, Wipro has terminated the application of the candidate, the candidate is not eligible to apply.
  3. When, for whatever reason, the applicant loses the opportunity to give an interview, the applicant has the right to apply again and may engage in the selection process.

Documents required:

  1. The applicant should be required to carry all the original marking sheets, and Xerox related to SSC (10th), intermediate (12th) and graduation must be produced at the time of the interview.
  2. A copy of the updated summary and Photographs of Passport size.
  3. Initial ID proof issued by the Government of India (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voters ID, Passport, etc.)

Wipro Recruitment Process:

As per my assessment, the Company is performing three rounds of the selection process. The following rounds are as follows:

  1. Online Test
  2. Technical Interview
  3. HR Interview

Online Test :

The online exam consists of questions from a number of subjects and essay writing. This is a time-based test and a particular time is assigned to each segment. There are various parts of the test:

  1. Quantitative Aptitude
  2. Logical Reasoning
  3. Verbal Ability
  4. Basic Programming and Computer Fundamentals

Essay writing is given a limited period and you need to compose a paper essay on the subject you have been given. Topics can range from current affairs to politics to theoretical ones.

Note: Wipro Recruitment Process includes group discussion and mostly it conducts Group Discussion (GD) before the online tests. Sometimes, they may conduct Group Discussion (GD) after an online test also.

Technical Round :

You should be strong with your concepts to ace this round. If you’re good at simple concepts, it’s going to be quick for you to clear the ring. There is no set law or jurisdiction to ask questions so you need to be well versed with the basics. You will plan data structures and algorithms, DBMS, operating system, networking, OOP principles and programming language of your choosing to optimize your chances. Students from branches other than CS will learn basic concepts for their branch.

HR Round :

It is the last round of recruiting. Hr will test your communication skills , confidence and body language. Is there simple HR questions like Tell me about yourself? How would you like to join Wipro? etc. etc. Depending on your input and your HR, you can be asked some puzzles and technical questions. You can plan for the puzzles in our Puzzles section. The secret to this round is to be positive in yourself.
